Yoga Nidra

30 Day Challenge

Do you feel stressed or overwhelmed?

Have you been upset and saddened by all of the negative news in the media these days?

Are you struggling with imbalance? Disease? Negative thoughts? Addiction?

Yoga Nidra can help!

What if you could let go of the tension, worry and patterns that aren’t serving you without having to do anything other than lie down and relax?

Imagine how your life would change if you decided to make loving and caring for yourself an actual priority.

When you are more peaceful and more heart-centered, you will positively affect every person who comes into contact with you. Change begins within!

A powerful practice in consciously letting go, quieting the mind, and healing your nervous system and entire body.

Begins Saturday November 10th

Yoga Nidra is a meditative state of conscious deep relaxation that takes you to a state of balance. From this state, you can create the life you want; one of wholeness, health, love, and success.

This practice breaks the deep patterns within your sub-conscious mind. It will positively impact every aspect of your life, including the quality of your relationships and your level of success.

Yoga Nidra directly influences the physiology of the body and stimulates the healing process.

One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of sleep!

“Doing the Yoga Nidra Challenge has tangibly improved my familial relationships, my relationship to my body and my self-care, and it brought me to a place where I am ready to remove all the obstacles that used to stand between my having my life long committed partnership with my loving man. I have changed so profoundly that former annoyances and disappointments just don’t register at all when circumstances dictate that they might have.”

“My blood pressure readings are lower even without medication. I liked that doing the practice became something I looked forward to each day rather than viewing it as an obligation or something I had to get out of the way.”

“I feel as though I’ve become more aware, I try to be kinder to myself, and I am certainly more disciplined, as I’ve wanted to adapt a habit of meditating and never found the right way to do it before. This time, with Yoga Nidra and Beth, it worked. Thank you for that overwhelming gift.”

Fortune

“I notice better sleep on the days I practice. I also received challenging medical news in Sept., but felt calm about taking it step by step. I think Yoga Nidra really affected my reaction.”

Janet A.

How it Works

  • To practice Yoga Nidra you simply need to lie down (or sit) in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and relax. You will be guided through a deep meditation that takes you to that space between being awake and asleep. There you will restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit and allow yourself to remember your true nature as spirit.

  • No sweating, twisting, or touching your toes required!

  • Yoga Nidra is easy and anyone can do it! No experience is necessary and there are no contraindications.

  • There is no “wrong” way to do the practice, so the pressure is off. You simply relax, listen to the guidance, and allow. That’s it!

  • Commit to doing some sort of practice of any length every day for 30 days, anytime of day that you can fit it in. Even if you just take a pause to do some deep breaths, it all counts as a practice of self love and care. Remember that you matter and deserve to be a priority!

Most people sleep without resolving their tensions. This is termed nidra. Nidra means sleep… but yoga nidra means sleep after throwing off the burdens. It is of a blissful, higher quality altogether. – Swami Satyananda

FAQ

How do I practice?

Yoga Nidra is best practiced in a private space where you will not be disturbed. Ideally, the lights should be soft, and the room should be free of drafts and distracting sound.  If possible, it is best to lie on your back in savasana on a mat on the floor. You can place a blanket or small pillow under your head, and you can also prop some pillows under your knees if you have any low back issues. The most important thing is that you are comfortable so that you can remain as still as possible. Your body temperature may drop during the practice, so it is a good idea to cover up with a blanket or wear layers.

What if I fall asleep?

Don’t worry! Although we encourage you to stay awake and aware, you will still gain benefit from Yoga Nidra even if you fall asleep.  Your subconscious will still be hearing and integrating the information. Remember that this is a practice, so the more you practice the easier it will be to remain awake, aware, and deeply relaxed all at the same time.

What if I can’t lie down? Can I do it seated?

Yes, you can! It is suggested that you lie down to practice because you can relax more fully.  If that is not possible, you can absolutely do the practice seated. The most important thing is for you to be comfortable so that you can surrender.

Do I need to know how to meditate or do Yoga?

No! Yoga Nidra is for everyone, and no experience is necessary! You don’t need to do anything other than get comfortable, lie down, relax and listen to the recording.

When should I practice? What if I miss a day?

There is no set time you need to do your practice. The most important thing is that you TRY to do your Yoga Nidra every day. If you end up missing a day, please don’t beat yourself up! Just try again the next day. There is no WRONG way to do this, and the fact that you are willing to try is a huge act of self-love. You are not alone and we are all in this together!

Is it ok to listen when I drive?

NO! For your safety, please do not attempt to practice Yoga Nidra while driving. You may fall asleep as this practice moves you into a specific brainwave pattern of deep relaxation.

What if I can’t make the live webinar?

No worries! The live webinar will be recorded and you can play the replay at any time. You won’t miss a thing!

What is the refund policy?

Due to the nature of the work, there are no refunds for Yoga Nidra. All sales are final. All of the meditations, videos, and material are downloadable and are yours to keep.
