It’s been an intense time lately, hasn’t it?! Hurricanes, floods, fires, earthquakes, politics, relationships, health, finances, and more! Things in the external world seem to be heightened and there are events and experiences that are truly challenging us at our core. Things can feel scary, unsafe, unpredictable, and sad. It’s easy to lose hope and spiral down into a negative space without even realizing it!

One thing I have learned from my years of practicing and teaching Yoga is that the breath has the power to change everything!

Why not take a short break and breathe with me? No matter what is going on, taking a few deep breaths can help to re-center you and fill your tank so that you can continue to press on in whatever way is needed.
